COD - Cash on Delivery
Order Confirmation
For every COD order the customer will receive an OTP on their mobile number for order confirmation. This is mandatory for every COD orders.
Order Limit
Customers may avail COD option for orders up to the value of âš 21,000 maximum. Order amount above 21,000 are not eligible for COD.
Delivery
We do not offer open box deliveries. Once a COD order is confirmed and placed, the customer must accept it upon delivery. The delivery executive will hand over the package upon receiving the funds. They are not authorized to open the package.
Refunds
For all COD orders we donât offer refunds. Instead the full Invoice amount will be transferred as store credits after deducting any shipping and handling charges.
Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
EMI Options
AXIO
3 & 6 months no cost EMIs options are available in our website from AXIO. No debit or credit card required.
Customers may avail 3 months EMI for cart amount up to âš 21,000.
6 months EMI are available for cart amount up to âš42,000.
Other EMIs
During checkout through our payment processor Razorpay, you can avail no cost or low cost EMIs on your Credit/Debit Cards.

Razorpay
Through our payment processor Razorpay, a wide range of payment options are available. You can pay via Credit & Debit Cards, UPI, Digital Wallets, Amazon Pay, Phone
Pe and Netbanking.
