All registered bags, wallets & SLGs are covered under a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, along with a lifetime paid restoration service.
It covers:
Anna by Anuschka (Heritage) branded bags, wallets & SLGs against any:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware issues (zippers, buckles, clasps, handles) due to manufacturing faults
The warranty does not cover:
- General wear & tear
- Stains or discoloration caused by liquids, dyes, food, ink or beverages
- Damage from exposure to weather, dampness, or improper storage
- Pet-related damage
- Soiled spots, scratches, or scuff marks from daily use
- Damage from adhesives like tape
- Loss or theft (including handles, straps, and other removable parts)
- Damage from chemical-based products, including alcohol wipes, hand sanitizers, lotions or cleaning sprays
- Scratches from rough or abrasive surfaces

How to Activate Warranty
- Every Anna product includes a Warranty Card with a QR code inside the bag.
- Activate your warranty by scanning the QR code and completing the form
with the required information here - Submit the form.
Our team will assess the request and respond within 3 business days.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. Anuschka reserves the right to approve or decline coverage based on the evaluation.
General Repairs & Replacements
- We will repair eligible products with manufacturing defects during the warranty period.
- If a product cannot be repaired and falls within warranty coverage, we will offer a free replacement.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us; we cover return shipping of the repaired or replaced product.
- Note: Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
Lifetime Restoration Services
Even after your warranty expires, you can continue to cherish your Anna piece. We offer lifetime restoration services including:
- Professional cleaning
- Leather refurbishing
These services are available at a nominal cost, which will vary on a case-by-case basis.
