Returns & Refunds

We want you to be thrilled with your Anuschka purchase. If within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, you would like to return your new and unused product, please see How to start a Return below.

  • Had a change of heart? No problem. You may request a return of your Anuschka product within 7 days of receipt, with the exception of COD orders. For COD orders we will issue a store credit which will be valid for 1 (one) year from date of issue. Before you return, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique. The art may vary slightly, and small imperfections are completely normal. The actual colors of the items may vary slightly compared to what you see in your device screen.
  • Please note that Returns are only accepted for products that are unused and in new condition with all original packing materials and tags. If the product is used, then the Return Authorization will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. 
  • A Return Authorization is required before you may return the item.   
  • It is very important that you pack the item with care when shipping it back to us with a Return Authorization. Customer is responsible for transit damage of loss caused by poor packing or courier service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us in good condition.  
  • To start a return request, you can contact us at care@anuschkaleather.in  or WhatsApp +91 9088102028 with a photo of the item you wish to return and the following information: Your Name, email, contact info and the Anuschka Order number.
    Also please mention the reason of return - 
    1. Faulty, please supply details
    2. Inaccurate website description
    3. Product defective
    4. Wrong product received.
    5. Had a change of heart.
    6. Any other reason, please specify.

    We will get back to you and return formalities and communication will be initiated. Please note that we follow our standard norms for returns.
      
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the return item, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. A courier charge based on the size of the product will be deducted before processing the refund.  
  • Our products are securely packaged, however, in case you receive an item that has been damaged during the shipping process or does not match the item you ordered, please send us a photograph within 24 hours of receiving the item.  
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale and discounted items. Also Gift cards purchased are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • INR 100/- (One Hundred) will be charged as Outbound shipping and handling fees and is not refundable.
