Sales and Business Development

Job Summary

The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, managing existing clients, acquiring new clients, and driving business development across India. Responsibilities include coordinating product placement and promotions, analyzing sales data and market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely product delivery, evaluating stock, and improving products based on customer feedback. The ideal candidate should have strong planning, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to travel as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and business development strategies.
  • Responsible for clients’ management, coordinating with existing clients, acquiring new clients.
  • Business development on a Pan India basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product placement and promotions in MBO, high end retailers, large format stores, high end boutiques and so on.
  • Monitor sales data and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability and display.
  • Analysing customer feedback and sales data to identify product improvements and new product development opportunities.
  • Stock evaluation.
  • Correspondence over phone and email including direct visits if required.
